Letters to the future

Ars Poetica
A lifelong dream
The artifacts are a portrait of a collective identity. This self-image is a reflection of us as humans given to posterity and also a point of reference for the now.
The atelier started as a laboratory of experiments and imperfect creations in a quest for the perpetual renewal of form in the matter. While both scientists and artists are inventors, one aims to solve physical problems while the other spiritual. Their histories share traits of invention, change and obsolescence turned upon future possibilities throughout the continuum of time.
As a creator, my aim was to make as many exploratory mistakes, coming closer to the promise of bliss, to bring the invisible into the world. As a mission the atelier aims for Continuous Learning, Creating and Preaching the value of art and manuality.
The dream is rounded in a space of imagination, a place of imperfect objects, of timeless images and arrow projects, always in the bliss of the process. Looking for what is unique and specific in us, the core that elevates the individual to the plane of imaginary.

ON THE PRACTICE OF ART
The Value of Craftsmanship and Manual Skills
The maker is one of a kind man. Imagine the world in a far away future, what history will tell about us? And what is the inheritance we are leaving behind? A world full of replicas that erode the former manifestation of function lacking the conceptual understanding within contemporary language. The world where craft and manuality is recognized as a symbol of cultural heritage.
It was only in the 16th century, that the artist was recognized as a nobleman and only in 18th century art was distinguished from craftsmanship. Today their place is in the museums. We believe that both talk about our world and deserve to be lived and passed to future generations, in harmony with creation and mother earth.

ON CONTINUOUS LEARNING
The beauty of the invisible
The Atelier focuses on rejoining objects with their ideas.
Studying theory of art and esthetic is a core practice for a conceptual base. Continuous learning is the acknowledgement of the value of beauty as an inclusive concept of everything material and immaterial that concerns the human person and appeals to our metaphysical lives, and its putative enhancement of them.
We tend to retain the aesthetic object for a longer time than a useful object because it can only fulfill one function in our world, whereas an artistic object, remains of greater value to us. It is invested with the consciousness of the invisible and enhances this world with meaning. Studying human desires and needs rejoins the idea with the esthetic object, resulting in a poetry of just, Being.

ON PREACHING THE VALUE OF ART
