Project in progress, we enjoy the journey and sweet words.
Homer and the ancient Greeks called proverbs "epea pteroenta", meaning "winged words". Put in front of proverbs, we are dealing with a large content in few words.
This code of unwritten laws of humanity attracted us so strongly that we decided to investigate them and venture into building a book that deals with elements of Romanian identity in a new key.
Proverbs contain truths handed down generation after generation.
What's the story behind the bun over the doll? Why do we show our face? What is the origin of the expression to rub the mint? Why are we going through the motions? Where do dogs with bagels in their tails come from? We will look for the origin of these expressions, proverbs or sayings in text and image to delight your ears and eyes.
Some time ago I took a photo of a book not yet written, to remember the moment of the beginning and to celebrate a journey of knowledge, which we celebrate with each new book.
So, with that said, we no longer call you green and dry, but we expected you to look for us on the shelf at the end of the year.
