Exibition in Vatra Luminoasă, Casa Hanciu

The exhibition, on a small and modest scale, was a joy, it had the purpose of consolidating the efforts to put old, simple, delicate houses back into circulation. The Vatra Luminoasa project belongs to the architect Jeremy Vercken who is the great-grandson of the architect Ioan Hanciu and the coordinator of the album VATRA LUMINOASA, Modelul călătăi gradina in Bucharest.
A Casa Ioan Hanciu project, from Varta Luminosă, by the founder of the project, Jérémy Vercken, the great-grandson of architect Ioan Hanciu, with the participation of the Ars Ana workshop as exhibiting artist.

It was a joy and pleasure to bring ceramic objects, graphic pieces and watercolors into the light of lamps and candles.
I told about imperfect objects, about the process and about the rarity of the handmade object. We imagined a world of today viewed from the future, which has dedicated itself to factories and where craft is increasingly rare. We remembered that the object touched by the artist is valuable only in terms of its uniqueness and the rarity of the effort invested.

The lovely photos, for which I am so grateful, were taken by the lovely Alex from @fadinggems
